1. Remember who your target audience is for a specific offer. If you are promoting weight loss products we suggest you target women. Facts are more women are looking for weight loss products than men.
2. Create an eye catching ad. Facebook and MySpace allow you to insert images into your ad rather than just having text like Google and Yahoo!. We suggest you create something your target base would be interested in for example if you were marketing DVDs you might use different DVD cover images with your ads when targeting 20 year old males than when targeting 30 year old females.
Social media advertising is all about making sure the right people respond to your advertisement. Keep these two things in mind and you will be on the right track!
