With the release of Bing (www.bing.com) we now have yet another platform to advertise on. We have heard some great things about Bing.com as well as the amount of traffic it is receiving. This is just a quick Saturday afternoon blog to let you know that if you haven’t checked Bing.com out you might want to do that now. Looks like a great place to advertise many different affiliate marketing offers from the network.

Yesterday we spoke with Brie Roddy on the phone quite extensively (she stated a lot of you have already called in and been setup!) about making sure new advertisers were setup properly and given the right training to use their system. She expressed her desire to help everyone personally as well as to write a “how-to” manual for advertising on their platform. She even told us she spent 2 hours on the phone with one of our affiliates last friday just discussing the industry and helping the person get setup using this new advertising platform. Our suggestion is not to call her and take up 2 hours of her time, but rather to call her to get setup and get the help you need along the way. We just think this shows their desire to help you get started and hopefully setup a profitable campaign with their company.
We also discussed different advertising verticles that we know are “hot” in the affiliate marketing industry and tried to match them with the same verticle thats “hot” in their business. We basically came up with anything to do with diet or weight loss, debt consolidation, free credit reports, credit cards, health & beauty, or gaming/movies. We have offers in all of these verticles so we have something that should match up well on their advertising platform.

So we just completed a phone call with an account rep at BidSystem.com. This seems like a great network to advertise on and they are more than willing to help everyone get started with personal one on one guidance. We were very impressed with their overall capabilities and their desire to make themselves available to answer questions and help everyone get started. With that said we suggest everyone check them out and signup for an account.
They actually offer 3 types of accounts, we suggest you advertise on the Standard and Social account platforms. When you do this they will place your ads on over 30 second tier search engines AND on all the social networks like Facebook, MySpace, etc. This makes it easy to deliver your ads and reach people on all these different platforms from one spot! The cost per click is really low throughout their network we asked them what the top cost per click was on “acai berry” or “weight loss” and it was only at .71 cents! Thats much lower than we are seeing on Google, Yahoo!, and other networks. This is one of the main reasons we suggest you get started with them right away.
We also asked how much traffic they could deliver and we were told that in one week (last week) they delivered over 25,000 clicks in just the weight loss category alone! Seems like there is enough traffic here at a low price to get everyone in on the game.

Weight loss is one of the leading categories in affiliate marketing, however, the traffic for these kind of offers increases even more during the summer. Everyone is look for that perfect beach body so that means more and more people are motivated to lose weight, get in shape, and look great! We suggest you promote the colon cleansing offers, acai berry offers, and all the other weight loss offers in the affiliate marketing channels. Remember its important to think think think when doing affiliate marketing! We hope this little tip helps set off some profits for your marketing campaigns!
As we discussed in our most recent teletraining “Twitter” is one of the best platforms to utilize in affiliate marketing. We doubt people are making millions of dollars marketing on Twitter, however, a few case studies we have seen clearly showed people making a few hundred bucks here and there by using Twitter. We felt that was certainly enough money to catch your attention, and be worth sharing with all of you as a “marketing tactic”. Since using Twitter to advertise is FREE it should be a no brainer to just do it and see what happens.
Here are some steps to follow to get the most success marketing your affiliate programs on Twitter.
#1. Use search.twitter.com – Search for people typing in relevant keywords to your offers. For instance if you want to market acai berry on Twitter then search for people typing in “weight loss, acai berry, diet, exercise etc” these people are probably interested in what your marketing.
#2. Follow all of these people immediately
#3. Tweet a good sentence (Hey if your looking to lose weight try Acai Berry it rocks to get some CLICK HERE) make sure you like back to your website (specifically the acai berry page)
What is happening here is you are taking people that are clearly interested in losing weight and dieting and putting an ad right in their face about a product (that you make money on) that could possibly help them. You can do this all day long in so many different niche markets (education, diet, fitness, weight loss, debt consolidation, credit repair, etc).
One that that helps is having thousands of followers (and following thousands of people). A program we have found that works really well is “Hummingbird” its a great tool that will auto follow hundreds of people at a time, and then mass un-follow all of the people that don’t follow you back. If your interested in this program simply do a Google search for “Hummingbird Twitter Program” and it will come right up.
There are so many ways to effectively advertise and market affiliate offers. This is just one of them and we look forward to your comments and hopefully success stories using this strategy.
